Mr. Cobi Levanon, (B.Sc. In marine biology): Former consultant and independent project manager for Israel’s Ministry of Agriculture. Established and managed the Dag Soof Farm in Israel –  A sea bream cages sea farm. Mr. Lebanon has been involved in the planning and construction of a number of tilapia and catfish fish farming projects in Africa and several places around the world. Mr. Lebanon is a partner in “BioFishency” (Israel). BioFishency’s Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) is a cost-effective unit for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) fish farms.
